‘Get Down to Business’ Terms and Conditions
- Bookings must be sourced through Tourism Vaughan
- Bookings must be confirmed with signed contract during the program period of September 7, 2021 – December 30, 2021 and actualized by December 30, 2022
- Minimum guarantee of 10 room nights for booking
- All bookings to adhere to Provincial and Municipal public health guidelines during the meeting or event
- All booking components such as accommodations and food and beverage and off-site events must take place in City of Vaughan
- Applicable to new bookings only
- No extra charges shall be charged to the Client with respect to mandatory health and safety protocols; any requirements over and above standard hotel brand and public health guidelines will be subjected to a fee
- Bookings are based on availability and some exceptions may apply
- Program cannot be combined with other offers
- Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability and accepted at the prevailing rates
- Blackout dates may apply
